Positive: The location is awesome in NYC and the building itself looks amazing. Views from my room were pretty good.
Negative: The rooms and decor are kind of old. I would not say this is five-star. I have stayed at other Westin hotels and they are more luxurious. So it is too expensive for the value but it is right in Time Square so ……..

Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was sparkling clean and in a perfect location, close to everything. A special mention goes to the staff, who were incredibly kind and helpful. The discounts for attractions were a great bonus as well. Highly recommended
